Personal Photography

Visitors are permitted to take photographs and videos for personal use, including social media content, provided that:

• Photography does not obstruct walkways, entrances, or business operations.

• Other visitors' privacy is respected.

• Photography is conducted safely and responsibly at all times.

Commercial Photography & Filming

Commercial photography, videography, filming, content creation, brand shoots, advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, media productions, and any photography or filming intended for commercial gain are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Nine Yards Management.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Professional photo shoots

• Fashion and lifestyle campaigns

• Product photography

• Brand collaborations

• Commercial video productions

• Television, film, or media shoots

Any individual or organisation wishing to conduct commercial photography or filming must obtain express written permission from Nine Yards before arriving on-site.

Drones

The operation of drones within or above Nine Yards property is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by Nine Yards Management and all relevant aviation regulations and permits have been obtained.

Right to Restrict Photography

Nine Yards reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or prohibit photography or filming activities at its discretion and may request that any unauthorised photography, filming, or content creation cease immediately.
